Denise has over 30 years of experience and loves to learn everyday in order keep up with Real Estate market changes. She has extensive knowledge in finance, Investing, home structure & systems, New home construction sales, remodeling & design, with many professional Real Estate designations & awards. She is also an accredited Staging professional. Denise is a native of the area & specializes in N. Va. which is very valuable for relocation & future values.
Ed Johnson
Ed leads the implementation of systems and programs for the DC Metro Realty Team, and is a Buyers Agent. His broad range of Sales, Marketing, Technology and Analytics experience are all being used to better service today’s Buyers and Sellers:

Denise Buck has been a successful Real Estate agent in the DC Metro area for over 28 years. In 2012 she realized that if she wanted to help even more clients realize their dreams of owning the perfect home she would need some assistance. Pairing her Real Estate expertise with someone who could help with technology and marketing would help achieve this goal. Ed Johnson was brought on board to help with these aspects and to assist anywhere else he could as the business began to grow. As soon as they began working together they realized that the combined efforts were beginning to pay off and Denise was getting more clients. In an effort to ensure that all clients were still receiving the same high level of personal attention that Denise has always delivered, she was going to need a Buyer’s Agent to assist her, so Ed expanded his role. To better demonstrate the areas that we want to serve we have now re-named our team to ‘DC Metro Realty Team’.
